To prevent backflow to pumping stations during high water flows in the watercourse.
For emergency shutdowns on roads. The flap check valve is then equipped with a hook and chain. The valve is mounted on an outgoing pipe in a chamber and must be in the open position. When an accident occurs, the chain is released, and the flap closes. This is to prevent environmentally hazardous substances from spreading to water sources.
WaFlap flap valves are mounted on a flat surface, on pipe protrusions, or internally on an outlet in a watercourse or on an incoming pipe in a chamber.
The solution is available in different models ranging from sizes DN100-1600 / NPS4"-63".
